Validating the Analytical Framework on ALMPs and Skills Matching

Purpose: Present, discuss, and validate the Analytical Framework on Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs) and their role in skills matching across Europe.

This workshop brought together experts from different countries and policy fields to critically review the framework, provide feedback, and enrich the analysis with external insights. The outcomes will directly inform the development of the AI Wizard policy-support tool.

Participants did:

  • Provide critical feedback on the framework
  • Share insights from national and sectoral perspectives
  • Enrich the analysis with evidence and policy experience


Their input helped strengthen the framework and ensure its relevance and applicability across Europe.

Each session followed a semi-structured format with short prompts, targeted discussion, and collection of key insights.
